This policy applies to every product supplied by DNR Peptides and forms part of our terms of sale. By ordering, you agree to it in full.
Laboratory and in-vitro research use only
All products supplied by DNR Peptides are research reagents intended solely for laboratory-based, in-vitro and analytical research. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind — including consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application or any other form of administration — and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Our products are not medicines, foods, food supplements or cosmetics, and nothing on this website constitutes medical, dosing or administration advice.
Who we supply
We supply qualified purchasers only: research institutions, companies, laboratories, and individuals purchasing on behalf of such organisations for legitimate research purposes. Every order requires the purchaser to identify their institution or laboratory and to make an express declaration of research use at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order where we have reason to believe the products are not intended for legitimate laboratory research, and to decline future supply to any customer.
Purchaser responsibilities
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring their intended research use is lawful in their jurisdiction; for the safe, competent handling and storage of products by suitably trained personnel; and for appropriate risk assessment, containment and disposal in line with their institution's procedures. Products must not be resold or transferred for any non-research purpose.
International orders
We dispatch worldwide from the United Kingdom by tracked courier, and every parcel is declared accurately as research reagents. Before ordering from outside the UK, the purchaser must confirm that research reagents of this kind may lawfully be imported into the destination country; placing an order is a representation that they may. We are unable to refund or reship orders that are seized, delayed or returned by customs authorities, and we may decline to ship to destinations where we consider delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
No medical guidance — ever
Our team cannot and will not answer questions about human or animal use, dosing, administration, or effects. Such enquiries will be declined, and repeated enquiries of this nature will result in refusal of supply.
Quality and documentation
Every lot is supplied with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity), verifiable on this website. Documentation describes the reagent's analytical characteristics only and is not a representation of suitability for any use outside laboratory research.
