Reconstitution & Dilution Calculator

A solution-preparation aid for laboratory work: enter the peptide mass in the vial and the volume of diluent added, and it returns the concentration of the prepared solution. Add the molecular weight (from the lot CoA) for molarity. For laboratory and in-vitro research use only — this tool provides reagent-preparation arithmetic, not guidance for any use in humans or animals.

How the maths works

Concentration is the solute mass divided by the solvent volume: a 10 mg vial reconstituted in 2 mL of diluent gives a 5 mg/mL stock solution. Molarity divides that mass concentration by the molecular weight — always take the MW from the specific lot’s Certificate of Analysis rather than a nominal reference value, and prepare working dilutions from the stock as your assay protocol requires.

Every vial ships with a batch-specific CoA

Solution prep only matters if the vial contains what the label says. We put a verifiable Certificate of Analysis on every lot.
